Comprehensive Auction Service
Fiese’s Auction Service handles every aspect of the auction from marketing to clean up, handling all up-front expenses such as advertising and labor. We have an excellent lunch wagon facility that we sub contract to offer high quality food & drink at all of our sales. The owner or agent is completely free of even the smallest detail. Fees are based on a percentage of the gross sales amount, plus expenses.
Consignment Auction Service Clients may consign single items or small collections for sale. Fees are based on a sliding scale.
Real Estate Auction Service
We also offer a complete real estate sales and marketing program.
Appraisals Appraisal documents for estate tax liability, equitable distribution and insurance value can be provided.
